Kusmi Tea Paris

For my first internship, I was community manager for France, but also for the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain and the international page.
We had Instagram and Facebook to manage, with 4 posts a week on France and 2 on the other pages.
I drew up the editorial schedule, managed the translations with the agencies and set up the publications with the sponsorships.

With the other marketing intern, we took part in brand's photo shoots or produced the shooting ourselves.
I also created a Chatbot to help customers choose their Christmas present on Facebook.
